Today I try to speak to the Doctor in regards to the office Manager incompetence, by not do8ng the requst for approval for the Botox injections, thru Humana Honor ( military plan, that should work the same as Medicare straight). She gave us a hard time and then she went on vacation and no one has access to the approval from the insurance, until she got back, and we received it ourself about 2 months ago. Now todY, we were treated even worst with a cold shoulder , because of my complaint and because I requested to speak with the Doctor. This Doctor is a goid Doctor, but lack of compation and aperently do not want to speak to you, unless he is getting pay and the office assured ne, that I would speak to him today, but he refused until her follow up, which is 6 weeks from now. By that time, things will be cold and when their is a problem wirh the staff, that can jeopradice the health of the PT and continuation of their treatment, should be taken seriously, if you care for the return of the PT and your reputation. I will report them to Humana Honor , BBB, the licensing Department and the QUO, since he did not want to listen to us today. Professionalism start on how you treat your PT's and how much you care for them. PT'S ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!. AS A NURSE THAT I WAS FOR 37 YEARS, IN THE ARMED FIRCES AND CIVILIAN LIFE, I FIND THIS TREATMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
