Dr Reddy walked into the room and nicely asked what I was there for. When I tried to explain numbness in my fingers and vertigo symptoms, he abruptly stopped me and asked how do I know its vertigo when I haven't seen a dr yet? I said I am trying to tell you what my symptoms are. He advised I should call it dizziness. Well, okay. The rest of the appointment went okay and he scheduled me another appointment for an EMG for numbness in my fingers. The EMG appointment went fine. Then he scheduled me for a Televisit appointment to go over the EMG findings. His office called the day before and advised they would call me 10 minutes before my Televisit the next morning to get my email to send me the link. Nobody called. I waited 2 hours and called his office. There was no explanation of what happened but they scheduled me for a Televisit that afternoon. I again waited 2 hours and nobody had called so I called the office and no answer. But that same day I received a call from a Pharmacy 20 miles away that I have never used saying that Dr. Reddy had sent 2 prescriptions for me. Strange when I don't even know what the results were of my EMG. So that was a completely wasted day waiting on his office. The next day I visited his office and NOBODY could tell me ANYTHING as to what happened but my chart was there at the front desk. I inquired about the 2 prescriptions and they said I did NOT have any prescriptions. By now I am frustrated at this craziness and just had them fax my records including the results to me, my PCP, and my Orthopedist. I inquired about all the signs on every wall in every room about being charged if you don't cancel appointments within 48 hours. They said I won't be charged. I said NO, YOU should owe me for missing 2 appointments yesterday. Then I called the Pharmacy back and the prescriptions had been cancelled by Dr. Reddy. I will never go back there.

My first appointment got there early to fill out paperwork five chairs in the waiting room seven people. Then you have to knock on the glass to get somebody to respond and I stood for 20 minutes waiting then was handed paperwork to fill out asked for a chair and the response was Not oh I’m sorry let me get you one it was you’re welcome. Only three of the people were patients and one guy picking up paperwork so I was actually the fourth. Who is going there for migraines was put into a room with fluorescent lights which triggers my migraines after an hour and 45 minutes and listening to numerous people come and go I was told I was the next person. Then I hear him say somebody’s here and he says bring her on back and I hear him talking to her in another room about migraines and Botox and everything and I can’t take it because I now have a migraine and I have to leave before it gets too bad for me to drive. I told them I was leaving and I get excuses I said I don’t wanna hear it did I get oh, let me see if I can help calm down your migraine or anything no, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The Best Caring Doctor, and he makes sure that you get the right diagnosis. He doesn't want to make additional orders if not necessary. He works for you.

Dr Reddy is the best physician in Tampa area. He is excellent in helping his patients with right diagnosis and solutions to his patients. The office manager and the staff are very professional and caring to patients.

After my doctor highly recommend Dr. Reddy with a referral and EMG request. Dr. Reddy, he listened and did his standard process. After he listen to my full history and my concerns, he declined to do an EMG test which was requested from another doctor. Base on my foot problem history he did not want to waste his time diagnosing and dealing with the process and wish me luck!
This was my absolutely all-time worst lifetime doctor's visit!!!!

Today I try to speak to the Doctor in regards to the office Manager incompetence, by not do8ng the requst for approval for the Botox injections, thru Humana Honor ( military plan, that should work the same as Medicare straight). She gave us a hard time and then she went on vacation and no one has access to the approval from the insurance, until she got back, and we received it ourself about 2 months ago. Now todY, we were treated even worst with a cold shoulder , because of my complaint and because I requested to speak with the Doctor. This Doctor is a goid Doctor, but lack of compation and aperently do not want to speak to you, unless he is getting pay and the office assured ne, that I would speak to him today, but he refused until her follow up, which is 6 weeks from now. By that time, things will be cold and when their is a problem wirh the staff, that can jeopradice the health of the PT and continuation of their treatment, should be taken seriously, if you care for the return of the PT and your reputation. I will report them to Humana Honor , BBB, the licensing Department and the QUO, since he did not want to listen to us today. Professionalism start on how you treat your PT's and how much you care for them. PT'S ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!. AS A NURSE THAT I WAS FOR 37 YEARS, IN THE ARMED FIRCES AND CIVILIAN LIFE, I FIND THIS TREATMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

My consultation with Dr.Reddy proved to be a pleasant and informative experience. I appreciate Dr. Reddys forthright review and explanation of my condition and assessment of future intervention.
Dr. Reddy explained my spinal concerns had no true bearing on my gait & balance issues. Instead the issue was my diabetic neuropathy. We discussed any future treatments and realistic outcomes.
Dr. Reddys assessment has saved me further testing and expense which wouldn't result in relief or cure.

I was there with my husband but was not allowed in because of Covid, which I certainly understand. What they did do was call me on my phone so I could be present and give input on the visit, which I was so thankful for. I have never heard of anyone doing this before. I was so appreciative. Dr. Reddy was very kind and very through. I was able to answer questions and he wanted to make sure he answered all of mine. He also called my husband’s primary doctor while we were there to make sure he had everything he needed. Yes I would recommend Dr. Reddy to people I care about.
